We’ll keep this simple, we don’t typically accept returns. All of our products and made-to-order, and since they are custom, they are not stocked or inventoried at our facilities. Please consider all sales final. We do however stand behind the quality of our products. Should one of our products fail to meet our standards for quality, we will exchange or refund your order at our discretion.
All claims for issue with the quality of the product are required to be made within 30 days of purchase from the original purchaser. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate with our customer service to determine if a refund or exchange is warranted and to discuss returning the product to us. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, we require you provide photos of the issue, along with returning the product to our returns department with a provided RMA number. In order to reduce fraud, all returns and exchanges shipped to Bagaki Enterprises, LLC shall be paid for by the customer.
All unsolicited returns or returns without a RMA number will not be refunded. All returns or exchanges will become property of Bagaki Enterprises, LLC.
